At Arkham Asylum the only people crazier than the patients are the staff. Presenting Dr. Harleen Quinzel and the Joker, proving once and for all that there is a fine line between love and insanity.

Consider this a not quite kiss between not quite lovers. (Only the best comic book pairing ever...).
